����Just try "XFree86 -configure" and you will get a file named XF86Config.new in your 
home dir.Cp it as your new /etc/X11/XF86Config,then startx.
    BTW,it seemed that you XFree86 is 3.3.6 instead of 4.2.0.
    Bakup your file first...
