I have downloaded all the necessary files to update
version 4.1 to the new 4.2 version, however when i run the patch an error is
produced telling me that the directory xc does not exist. In fact I later
discovered that the patches had to be run from the directory in which xc
resides. I have redhat linux 7.2 and xfree86 4.1.0 and cannot locate any
xc directory, can anyone shed some light on my problem
