[Newbie]french keyboard

hello,   I'm trying to use xfree86 with cygwin (windows) with french keyboard (pc 102).   i use the protocol XDMCP for conecting to solaris host :   xwin.exe -query host -fp tcp/host:7100   this command work fine, but the keyboard is us. How can i configure the french keyboard ??   thank's   pascal
