I have a 800MHz Athlon and G4Ti4200 on Mandrake 8.2(nvidia drivers 3123) in what file is the current refresh rate stored. I checked out /etc/X11/Xf86Config-4 but even by setting as minimal refresh 85Hz I still have 60 Hz in X-Windows. in xfree86 -configure I get something like Unfortunately there is no reference to the device driver in XF86modules.h
