on kdmconfig ( sol 8 ) I chose the lowest of colors and resolutions with old screen Tatung 13 inch but spots apeared after test . I do not a lot about my screen accept it is old. My card is ATI rage 128 32 MB . But I chose it the system hangs up . Spots apeared with the compatable driver . That is the best I had from testing .
