xauth: error in locking authority file /home/wallick/.Xauthority
xauth: error in locking authority file /home/wallick/.Xauthority
xauth: error in locking authority file /home/wallick/.Xauthority

Fatal server error:
Cannot open log file "/var/log/XFree86.0.log"

giving up.

xinit: No such file or directory (errno 2): unable to connect to X
server

I am running FreeBSD. I am able to run X as root just fine with Gnome and
