My Monitor switch off (go to standby mode) when I start Xfree86. This is my hardware system:
XFree 4.1. Monitor: Samsung Syncmaster 955b OS: Linux i386 GNU/Debian 3.0 Area: XSERVER VideoCard: ATIi Expert 2000 Chipset ATI Rage 128 RF(AGP) VideoRam 32798 Driver "r128" Option "AGPMode" "2" option "UseCCEFor2D "true" Description: No error seems to appear in the log. But when starting Xfree86 my monitor turn off (switch off) And the DPMS parameter is set to "no" Monitor is SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER 955b Horizontal refresh 30-85 Vertical refresh 50-160 If I setup the Xfree with VESA all works fine ! Any comments ??
