[Newbie] multihead with the mobility radeon 9000

Hello, I stumbled through the compilation of xfree taged 4.2.99.3. I had a few bugs like a bad linked libpng and some problems in the makefile of xcursogen, but finaly it works. But now the next question. I have had a dualhead system with two cards. I got that set up all right, but how do I add the vga output of my mobility radeon 9000 to the XF86Config file? It ist one card, so i can't put a second bus into the busfield. What is the trick to address the second output? Is ther only this clonemode option or is ther a way to configure it to give me independent control over both the flatpanel and the external monitor?   please help me   thanks in advance simon
