[NEWBIES] envelope feed

I have asked this question before, but have never gotten a satisfactory
answer, so I'm asking again:

Ebase is formatted to send an envelope to the left side of the printer. My
printer accepts envelopes fed through the MIDDLE of the printer. How can I
change the formatting in ebase?

Does anyone else have this problem? Thank you, Amy
