administrator manual deals with setting up source codes, the means by
which you identify specific messages you wish to send.
Chapter 19 in the user manual is fairly specific about how to set up
and send email. When you have a "found set" of all the people to whom
you want to send the message, you go to the output tab and check
email on the next screen. That will take you to a "wizard" which
takes you through the process of creating the email and sending it as
a batch. Hope this helps.
