Actually, I had problems with downloading it yesterday, too. Probably the server was
just busy. I waited and tried again later and was able to re-install with no problems.

Server 2 has been operating continuously: you might have missed the
link (it was located under the Windows and Mac icons).
I made the download link more apparent on the download page. Try
again, using username/password combination you used before.
