The "deleted" file is used only to keep track of records deleted.
Only a brief record is kept, not the full set of information. Somehow
this file has been deleted from your ebase file set.

You should be able to copy this file from your archive copy of the
ebase files. If you didn't keep a clean copy of ebase, download
another set of files and copy the deleted_.102 file from that. Then
toss the rest of the files to avoid confusion between the two sets.

That fixes the immediate problem, but the potential exists for
others. When a name is added to ebase, records are created in several
files in addition to names (custom, profile, and summary, to be
specific). Further, when you add payment, action, or contact
information about an individual, records are created in other files.

When you have deleted records by cleaning out the data from a record,
data may yet remain in these other files relating to the record you
want to delete. You should review records you have changed in this
way to make sure the data there relates to the current record.
