They are far from spot on. While retyping them I certainly found gaps. I just need to be better about stopping and writing instead of lying to myself about my ability to remember. I have a list of things I have to recheck. Because I can retype the notes faster than I can draw everything in JOSM my memory is fresher at the time I retype the notes. I think it will be a good idea to retype them even if I don't do the JOSM editing, so I don't think I'm making extra work for myself.
