After numerous trial and error, this is what I have done: 1. Installed ActivePerl 2. Downloaded Geo-ShapeFile version 2.51 using Perl Package Manager 3. Downloaded coast_josm.pl 4. Downloaded the data for the region I want (3) 5. Put all files into the same directory. 6. Go to Windows cmd.exe and type in perl upload_josm.pl 5.2 5.5 100.2 100.43
However, all I got was an error saying "Couldn't get file handle for Data/NGA_GlobalShoreline_cd3.shx: No such file or directory at coast_josm.pl line 52" What did I do wrong? Thanks.
