There are many tags which are not rendered by one or either of the two main rendering views on the OSM website. Toilets and Tourist Information centres are both logical additions and perhaps this thread will see them make it to the rendering a little quicker. Not ever tag can be rendered on a single view of the map though, it would get too cluttered but I think things like this should arguably make it to the highest zoom level.
