I observed something similar here in Canada. I am the only one working
in my area, and noticed that some of my points appeared to be moved
slightly from where I had placed them. It was just a handful that I
had worked on not long ago. Most of the work I had done was okay, just
a few had "slipped" from where I had placed them.
