I have been working in the same area on JOSM for a couple of days, using
'Validation' before I upload anything to OSM. I have recognised and understood
all the items it has flagged, until now: I have a Fixme in the same area as I
have previously been working and where, so far as I know, the nodes to which it
relates have not been changed. So, 1) I do not know why it has not been
flagged previously, but most importantly, 2) how do I learn about Fixmes and
how to respond to them?
