I am in the process of adding more roadways to the Millwoods neighborhood in Edmonton using Potlatch, and part of what I need to to, is pull up the old "main roads" that were hastily drawn in the past, and replace them with more accurate renditions. I can go in and select points on the ways, and press the delete key to remove them, in the process stripping up the roadway. However, the road will reappear again and again. I have pulled up the old roadway pointed to above 5 times now, and it keeps coming back. I have had this issue in the past, and after a number of attempts, the roads finally go away. This time, this road is being very persnickety. What am I doing wrong?
