2 questions: 1. when a primary road has a tag ref=6 and joins a motorway, how should I set the ref-tag?
(the road numbering is defitite, the motorway shares both numbering schemes for a certain area, then the branching road gets the ref=6 number again) http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.18998&lon=7.19524&zoom=16&layers=0B0FTF 2. when a way joins a quarry, so that the quarry can be accessed by that way, should it share a point with the area?
