Hi, I took part in two mapping parties previously and have noticed the returning ad-hoc process of carving a paper map into pieces with pen&pencil and distribute the sub-areas to be mapped among the various participants this way.
I wonder if there is some sort of app/procedure available that could assist with this planning proces and as a result would extract osm data per area. Do you have experience preparing mapping parties? Please post your tips&tricks.
