Do you have plans to do this for all the other national parks in the US? 
Either way, that's something I'd be interested in helping out with since 
there's a huge park (Bandelier national monument) literally next to my 
house. Would you mind detailing how you went about creating the park 
boundary polygon? I haven't dealt with Tiger shape files and conversion 
at all, so you'd probably need to give a bit of detail for me to follow 
everything the first time around.
