Resolution depends on what Yahoo has to offer and on what zoom level
you activate the WMS Layer. If you activate it while zoomed out, it
will be very pixelated, regardless if high resolution imagery is
available.
To fix this, zoom in and right click on the layer and choose "Change
resolution" or similar from the context menu. It'll keep that level of
detail regardless of zoom.
As for the watermark: if it obscures a place you want to map, simply
choose the "change resolution" from the menu again. If it appears in
the same spot, move the map a bit and try again.
