I have been doing some work on Tunisia in Potlatch and JOSM (1607), and when I try to upload my latest changes, I get this error in JOSM: "Precondition failed: Cannot create way: data is invalid".
What should I do here?
I have saved my stuff as a .osm file, which I can send to you if you'd like to
take a look (600kb)...
