The only map which I know of that's rendering hiking relations and their POIs is the german "Reit- und Wanderkarte" (Horseback riding and hikingmap) to be found here: http://topo.geofabrik.de/ The problems: It's german and it's limited to rendering Germany and parts of Austria and Switzerland currently.
