I believe that it's Steve Chilton working alone on the map/scanning for that so I'd imagine that it's because that's all he's got round to doing. I'm not sure if he's on this list (?) but he could answer these questions much better. > It mentions tourist maps for specific areas. I presume they're coming > out if copyright.
