Nabble don't index this list and, exasperatingly, don't answer e-mails. 
If I had the proverbial spare hours in the day I'd write a better web 
interface to it, but Potlatch 2 is kind of more important. If you think 
the In-Reply-To header is important, you can write said web interface 
yourself.

Anyway, here's some responses to recent stuff.

waterway=drain. If it also admits boats, waterway=drain and boat=yes.

I should point out to the rest of those listening that Alex is an 
enthusiast for =designated. I don't know anyone else, at all, who uses 
it. That's his prerogative, but make your own mind up. There is no 
"correct" one way or the other.
