Sorry, I was very unclear. Consider http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=-22.26955&lon=166.45939&zoom=15&layers=B000FTF
There are nodes in this map that are marked e.g. church, tourist destination, etc. However, I cannot see them unless I zoom further, but I'd like to have that detail without having to zoom. It seems I can have very fine detail at the expense of coarse detail and vice versa. I'd like both.
