Maybe describe what a "community centre" as it's known in the UK consists of, or functions as so that those of us not in the UK might be able to help you identify the tag to use. The first thing that came to my mind was what we call a "community hall", a multi-purpose building that can be rented by various local community groups, or by individuals for private functions. Things such as Boy Scouts meetings, and wedding receptions, or community gatherings/dances would be held in these facilities. However, you might also be talking about a group of buildings or an area in the center of a town designed as a gathering space, or focal point of the community. My community is building such a space currently, with some high density housing, walking areas, a new library and local government offices. Perhaps you are talking about something entirely different.
