Hi Andy, I also had a N95 and used <http://gpsmid.sourceforge.net> just download their Osm2GpsMid-0.6.jar to your PC and run it with java -jar Osm2GpsMid-0.6.jar select an area to use and install the result on N95. It can calculate routes, can save tracks, lets you enter POIs and uploads them to OSM, ... And I also used <http://sportstracker.nokia.com>, the one mentioned by Simone.
