Yes, I have a N810 that I have used for OSM mapping for more than a year. The integrated GPS is low quality, it can take more than 15min on a cold fix, with assisted-GPS I can generally have a fix in 2-3 min (less if the atmospheric conditions are really good). Not very accurate also, when the conditions are bad, or in high buildings or trees, you can be 10-20 meters off and that can change in a minute. Maemo mapper is a good app on which you can load OSM tiles (and google or yahoo if you want). It records tracks in GPX and you can take notes.
