what software would you suggest to edit .gpx files on Linux? It should be able to select a region of the track and delete it. OSM, Yahoo, or Googlemaps as backgroundlayer would be nice, but not necessary.
I tried the JOSM GPX Plugin, but it was not comfortable. viking seems to be pre alpha. Most things did not work proper and i could not figure out how to delete an area with gps-positions. What software would you suggest?
