That would be nice to include into josm. If one can not select which tracks are visible it will become nonsense to upload them. In some areas tracks disappear in clowds. And i see a leak for DOS here. One could upload plenty of noise. (And by accident this already happenes) A bot should check if a track has jumping positions.
