Last night after adding some maxspeeds in Edit in my area (northern suburbs of Brisbane) I saved and logged out. Then in View I scrolled to Europe to look at some areas and closed the window. Now when I open OSM or log in to View mode it Potlatch continues to open OSM in Europe.
When I log in to View and scroll back to Brisbane, when I select Edit tab I get a message that tells me that I have to zoom in to open Edit. I still get the same message on maximum zoom.
