I followed your instructions and created and tried to upload a gpx file.
The gpx file was rejected because there were no time stamps on it. Now I
did not walk around the lake so there were no time stamps. I created the
gpx file by tracing the lake from (as far as I know) a non copyrighted
map using OZIEXPLORER. Therefore the GPX file had no time stamps.
Is there a way to upload a non time stamped GPX file?
