JOSM uploads use the same account and password used by the Potlatch editor 
at www.openstreetmap.org.  You can reset the password there.

I need to reset the password but OSM apparently has multiple accounts
and passwords.
Where can I reset the password used by JOSM to upload edits?  How long
does it take before OAuth and JOSM can use the new password?
