I doubt there's one available on a global scale for every marshalling yard. However, you could visit some yourself and do some on-the-ground mapping, or ask local mappers or rail enthusiasts if they can find out, or alternatively make your best effort at figuring it out and leave a note for future contributors to double-check what you've done. It's great to see that you are interested in adding these details, I hope to see more yards and sidings tagged appropriately rather than just as mainline rail lines.
