After having uploaded a GPS trace and used it for mapping (converted to a way, tagged etc), is there any reason to keep the original in http://www.openstreetmap.org/traces/mine ? Would deleting old GPS traces affect the map in any way? I'd like to purge old data from my profile for privacy reasons.
