Hi Dudley,
I guess the buildings you are referring to are the ones I mapped a little while back before Bing imagery became available.

The shape of the buildings in OS OpenData StreetView is greatly simplified so you can improve the building shape by using Bing imagery. As the positions of the Bing imagery and of OS StreetView are actually very similar in this area I would just go ahead and use the Bing imagery.

Cheers

Hi

I wonder if anyone that has had experience of using OS_OpenData_Streetview in the UK could comment on its accuracy. I have been doing some mapping through Earl Sterndale in Derbyshire and note that most of the buildings are drawn with the source tag: OS_OpenData_Streetview. Many of the buildings positions and shape are way off compared to Bing. Should I consider adjusting them according to Bing or leave them alone?

Many Thanks

Dudley
