Potlatch 1 should be able to find it. It's still there, even if it's not on the "edit" menu any more. The URL is the same as the "Potlatch 2" URL but without the "2" on the end.
"undelete" is on the "advanced" menu. Click on the way(s) that it finds (don't "unlock"), then click on the way ID and then "more" to get to the "browse" page.
