According to their web site "The Lincoln Highway Association (LHA) does not share electronic files or computer coding of the online Official Map of the Lincoln Highway. If they are providing you with the data, then I'd say it's ok if you document the addition on the wiki with information from LHA granting OSM permission to use the data and any attribution requirements. If they are saying it's ok to trace, then hopefully somebody more knowledgeable than me can answer the question.
