The warning about V3 DSA signature has to do with encryption and 
authentication of the rpm. If you trust the source of the rpm, then you can 
ignore the warning. Because it is a warning, it shouldn't affect your ability 
to install the rpm.
        The other errors are caused by not having proper permissions to edit the rpm 
database. You need to be root to install and remove software using rpm. The 
command su will make you root.
