What about the issue of property? I don't own the BYU Email server... are they allowed to view email messages on a server that they own?
Businesses also... businesses are allowed to view their employees' email (this is my understanding anyway)... aren't they allowed to do this because they own the servers? (I know it's a privacy issue...but there is the other side of ownership also).
