Print out what your /etc/fstab is, and run lspci as root, and put that here too.

You probably just need hsfpcimodem or hcpcimodem (if I'm remembering the names right).

What linux distro are you using?

I have the same problem as Joshua. I have a shared FAT32 partition and an NTFS partition. I don’t know how to set them up. I can see the partitions under the Control panel/ partitions, but I can’t access them. How do I set them up?

Second thing is that my modem isn’t working. I have a connextant modem. There is a site on the internet that wants to charge me for the driver. Is there any other way to get the driver? What do I do with the driver when I have it? (I have a 14kbps driver that should work)
