I have this comment at the beginning of every cron file to remind me:
#min hr day mon dow

The last number is "day of the week". So your above cron job will only be
run at 04:22 of every day (*) of every month (*) on Sunday (the 0th day of
the week, iirc). You can also, on most systems, use three-letter
abbreviations instead of the number.
