I'm guessing you've got some way to get to the 'net, so I'm just dropping a link to the nvidia forums (a search I did, and the general forum) on the subject. You're not the only one with this problem it seems. I noticed two things you might want to try, "insmod -f nvnet" and then "ifup eth0". Both are mentioned in the first link. Not sure if it'll do much, but it's worth a shot. Hopefully you find something there, or someone else on the list has a better idea on this.
