http://checkip.dyndns.org:8245/  Should give you a better idea of what
the real IP is for your gateway.  Then head on over to
http://www.arin.net/whois/ and put the IP you got into their form.  It
will tell you who your ISP is.  With any luck your complex's owner is
violating their acceptable use policy by reselling service to you! 
(Not that you should persue that.)
