That appears to have worked. There were two copies of strace 4.5.2.1 or something. So nothing depends on strace, but what does it do? It sounds like apt likes to have it around so that it can run.
It looks like your problem is specifically with strace. Since strace isn't depended on by anything, I would go ahead and remove strace completely using rpm. Then reinstall strace with apt-get.
See if that gets rid of the errors.
