Sharp just announced the Actius mm30. A touch over two pounds, default battery life of about 4 hours, dvd burner, Atheros wireless (madwifi driver). Unless you're shopping for screen size, it should rock. I'm using the mm20, which uses a wireless driver that is supportted in kernel, but is a very slick machine, and I've had no troubles with it. So if Sharp keeps up the good work, it should run rather smoothly. Of course, this all depends if you like 1024x768 on a 10" screen. All depends what you need. Otherwise I'm told the IBM's work very well and are quite nice. -- Scott Paul Robertson http://spr.mahonri5.net GnuPG FingerPrint: 09ab 64b5 edc0 903e 93ce edb9 3bcc f8fb dc5d 7601
