Yup.  Email the security guys if you want to be whitelisted.  If you
don't know who they are have your dept's CSR email them.  Other wise
do the following:

mailman just uses your local email system.  On Fedora that's postfix,
right?  You'll want to re-ask your question stating that you'd like to
know how to make postfix relay it's mail through byu's servers.
