Another question:

When you add a list in mailman, do you *have* to add the lines to /etc/aliases?

I read this online:

"DO NOT follow the instructions telling you to add lines to /etc/aliases. Exim is smart, it knows what to do.

After you have added a list, run check_perms:

./check_perms -f

Note that list names are forced to lowercase."

Does that mean I can use the web interface for mailman and not worry about adding the aliases?

Thanks!
